Vancouver, B.C. July 19, 2012 – biOasis Technologies Inc. (TSX: V BTI) announces that is has granted options to its officers, employees, consultants and members of the board of directors. A total of 1,647,000 options have been granted in accordance with the approved stock option plan, effective at the close of business on July 19, 2012 at a price of $1.28 per share expiring on July 19, 2017. The options shall vest according to the Company’s stock option plan.
