biOasis Technologies Inc is a Life Sciences Company committed to the development of novel diagnostic molecular products for Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurological diseases and the pursuit of delivering a variety of compounds, including therapeutics, across the Blood-Brain Barrier, using our patented Blood Brain Barrier Compound Delivery Platform.

biOasis Technologies Inc. (“BTI”) was formed in 2007 to develop and commercialize diagnostics and therapeutics related to neurological diseases. An extensive and comprehensive patent portfolio was acquired by BTI around an iron binding protein substance named Melanontransferrin “p97” from The University of British Columbia.

BTI was acquired by WR Partners Ltd (“WRP”), a Capital Pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, in March of 2008. Concurrently WRP changed its name to biOasis Technologies Inc. and raised sufficient funds to start executing on the plan to develop a biomarker to diagnose Alzheimer’s disease and to monitor the progress of Alzheimer’s disease and therefore help evaluate the success of therapeutic and other Alzheimer’s treatments employed. If final clinical trials prove successful and FDA sales approval is obtained the Company will license the test directly to diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

The Company is also working to secure biotech or pharmaceutical company partners to fund additional research on the use of p97 as a carrier for therapeutics across the blood-brain barrier. A p97 based Blood Brain Barrier Compound Delivery Platform (“B3CPD”), if successful, could address a gap in the effective treatment of neurological disorders.

The Company also continues to seek ways to expand on its Intellectual Property around p97.
